Overview
The Settings contain all key automation configurations. These options define how payroll is calculated, how incentives and bonuses are applied, and how business details are displayed on invoices and payslips.
Some fields are mandatory (marked with *), while others are optional for customization.
General Information
- Subscription ID (Read Only) – Unique subscription reference for the business; configured by our customer support team.
- Config URL (Read Only) – Link to custom configuration file. For all queries related to custom features, contact us at support@jebra.io.
- Currency – The reporting and payout currency; determined from your data automatically.
- Time Zone – Ensures correct scheduling and payroll alignment; determined from your data automatically.
- Reply To* – Comma-separated list of email addresses to use as contact point for payroll queries. Payroll and worker-related communications are forwarded here.
Payroll & Incentives

Pay Rates By – Determines how pay rates are assigned. Options include:
- Class Tags
- Class Type
- Class Time
- Custom

Incentive Basis – Defines how incentives are calculated:
- Attendance-based
- Utilization Percentage

Bonus Type – Works with incentive basis:
- Per Tier → Adds incentive cumulatively at each achieved tier.
- Max Tier → Only pays incentive at the highest achieved tier.
Shift & Reservation Handling
- Instructor Shifts Source – Configures how instructor shifts are pulled.

Reservation Types* – Select which booking types to consider, e.g.:
- Check-Ins
- No-Shows
- Late Cancels
- Waitlist

Overlap Mode – Handles scheduling conflicts when classes overlap. Options:
- Same title, worker, start time & duration
- Same worker, start time & duration
- Same title & worker, any time overlap
Business & Branding
- Employer Name
- Employer Email
- Employer Address (Line 1 & Line 2)
- Employer Registration Number
- Employer Tax Number
- Payslip Logo URL / Style – Used for formatting invoices and payslips.
