Table of Contents
You may want to edit the calculated numbers for a number of reasons, for example:
- Adding ad-hoc payments and bonuses, e.g for worker expenses, or missed payments
- Adding compensation for shifts that are not recorded on MarianaTek
- Adjusting compensation for special cases, e.g. holidays, etc.
The first tab displays three payroll views: Payroll by Worker, Payroll by Location and Payroll by Worker and Location. From here, you can override Jebra’s calculations by clicking View Shifts then selecting the relevant shift and clicking Edit Compensation to assign a different payrate or bonus. Edited shifts are highlighted in purple and can be reset by clicking Discard Edits

Adding ad-hoc shifts on MarianaTek
As an alternative to editing the compensation as described above, you may want to explicitly add a new shift to a workers payroll. This may be useful in recording special one-off shifts.
The best way to do this is to:
- Add the shift directly on MarianaTek
- Update Payroll on Jebra
- The class should now show up on the Jebra dashboard and you can edit as desired.
