After setting up Sandbox

Jebra MtekSales to QBO for Monarch

We have finished setting up your data on the QBO sandbox for review.
 
I'll send an invite to {email_username+jb1@gmail.com} so that you can login and review. Let us know if you have any difficulty accessing the sandbox; or if you'd like me to invite your accountant let me know their email address.

Pre-Installation

For deploying to production we'll need you to complete the below:
 
1. Add your tax organization (see docs)
2. Enable location tracking (see docs - optional but recommended)
3. Please confirm the Start Date - the first date of data - we should use for the automation

Post-Installation

Good news: we have completed the installation! See screenshots below.

The automation will sync daily around {time} {customer timezone}.

Your first invoice will be auto-generated on {month} 30th; you can follow the link below and add your payment details to avoid disruptions:

Re-Authenticate QuickBooks

Hello {user}

We’ll need you to re-authenticate your QuickBooks connection to resume your automation:

  • Log onto the Jebra dashboard
  • Go to Connections page from the Automations tab in the Sidebar
  • Click Manage for the QuickBooks connection, and select Re-connect

Let us know once you do and we will resume your automation, thanks!
