MarianaTek Sales Installation Steps

  • Client: Create an account on Jebra
  • Jebra: Request credentials from MarianaTek via email
  • Client: Authorize the request via email
  • Jebra: Setup QuickBooks Sandbox
  • Jebra: Send QuickBooks Sandbox invitation to client email alias
    i.e. if your email is {name}@{domain}, we'll send the invitation to the alias {name}+jb1@{domain}

  • Client: Open invitation link and create a new account with email alias

    Why create a new account with email alias for QuickBooks Sandbox ?

    When you open the invitation link sent to the email alias, QuickBooks will ask you to create a new account to access the Sandbox.
    This isolates and protects your real QuickBooks account from any actions taken in the Sandbox.

     
  • Client: Review Sandbox
  • Client: Complete Pre-Production Steps
    • Add your tax organization (see docs)
    • Enable location tracking (see docs - optional but recommended)
    • Confirm the Start Date - the first date of data - we should use for the automation
  • Jebra: Setup production automation
